When you volunteer with CMNRP you are helping create a safe environment for transformation so former inmates can re-enter the workforce, re-build the relationships with their family and friends and better the community.
We are looking to build relationships with skilled volunteers and mentors who are looking to share the wisdom and abilities they have gained in life with our clients.

Skilled volunteer labor helps us to keep our program costs low while maintaining and improving our properties, which is a practical way for us to demonstrate the value we place on each individual who enters our program.
Mentoring relationships are vital for FIP’s who often lack positive, supportive relationships with people who can share their personal, professional and interpersonal experiences as guidance while building and rebuilding the foundations for future success.

The residents at CMNRP are in charge of maintaining the homes they live in, but some times that is not enough.
For bigger maintenance issues we rely on volunteers to help create a safe environment for transformation so former inmates can re-enter the workforce, re-build the relationships with their family and friends, and better the community. Do you have skills in the trades?
